Subject: [Email 2 of 3] Behind the Scenes of Our $28,262 Affiliate Promo
To: Steve Scott <steve@techacq.com>

Yesterday you learned how to stand out from the noise and create an offer that converts using our KST Method. If you skipped that, go back and read it.

This email builds on the last email to show you how you can use that in your own business to drive sales and convert traffic.

If you skipped that email, we offered you a free shortcut. We reward action-takers, so go back and check that email for the bonus if you want an easier path to profitability.

We've created all sorts of KSTs for various products and they are one of our most powerful ways to build a tutorial that solves a real problem and drives real results... which drives real SALES.

Today, I want to hone in on one specific KST that's been really effective and share the results we've gotten from it...

EXAMPLE: OUR WEBINAR SOFTWARE KST

The following example was created back in 2015 and it still generates sales passively and consistently every single month.

Remember that dream of waking up to more money in your bank account each morning? Yeah... this is how we did it.

This was originally a KST for a product called EverWebinar, a platform for creating automated webinars.

I've since changed up the KST to promote a similar product called EasyWebinar instead.

💡Pro Tip: That's a lesson in itself - That you can swap out the "Key Step" to change the product you promote

In this tutorial I walked people through a step-by-step process to promote products as an affiliate using automated webinars. Check out the detailed post on how I did it here.

THE 7-STEP PROCESS

Here are the steps that were mapped out in that tutorial. Consider this the "Cliff's Notes" version of that post:

  • Step 1: Pick a product that you'd like to promote as an affiliate.

  • Step 2: Find the contact information of the creator of that product and chase them up to ask for an interview.

  • Step 3: Download Skype and Skype Call Recorder so that you can record the interview.

  • Step 4: Interview the product creator. Have them teach something about the product for the first 20 minutes and then have them sell the value of the product for the final 10 minutes.

  • Step 5: Create a couple quick bonuses to make the product offer even more valuable., (e.g., bonus PowerPoint templates and swipe files)

  • Step 6: Take your interview and quick clip of you explaining the bonuses and load up the video file into EasyWebinar to create an automated webinar.

  • Step 7: Create an ad on Facebook and drive traffic to the registration page of the webinar that you just created.

That was the entire 7-step process that I taught to generate affiliate commissions through a combination of automated webinars and Facebook ads.

This promotion was effective because it taught a strategy that anyone could follow.

You don't need a product of your own, you don't need any special skills, you don't even need a dang website.

You could literally follow that process to the letter and see affiliate commissions start to roll in.

But did you catch the Key Step in there?

In step 6, I instructed the reader to load their video into EasyWebinar.

I wrote it in a way that assumed that the reader already had EasyWebinar and, of course, linked to where they could get it if they didn't.

It bypassed any pitching or even asking for the sale. Notice how it didn't feel sleazy at all?

If someone read that tutorial and was excited by how easy the process seemed, purchasing EasyWebinar was a no-brainer.

I simplified the end result that the reader truly wanted.

They didn't want to own a cool new piece of software…

They wanted to create an additional income stream.

This tutorial closed the gap between owning a tool like EasyWebinar and generating additional income.

THE RESULTS:

And if you're curious... when this KST post promoted EverWebinar (before switching to EasyWebinar) it made a total of $9,318.82.

When we changed it to promoting EasyWebinar, it's made us $28,262.46 (so far).

And this is recurring revenue, too!

Over $37,000 (combined) to date… Over about a 5 year period.

This is just one example of many similar campaigns we have floating around.

If you haven't started drafting your own KST yet, then don't wait any longer! You have everything you need to launch your offer today.

Here's the link to get the cheat sheet if you haven't already.

The only thing left is to start driving traffic to the KST...

And that's exactly what we'll talk about tomorrow.

Look out for the next email called "How To Drive Traffic To Your Affiliate Promo."

You'll get the final piece of the puzzle that will tie it all together. Prepare for some "mind blown" moments tomorrow...

See ya then!

We appreciate ya,

Politics from facebook

Sharing this well written piece (with a few adaptions of my own) from a good friend...

Let me be clear, I am not a Biden fan at all. He is corrupt, a liar, suffering from dementia, and in my opinion very disrepectful to women (touching them inappropriately in professional settings) and probably a pedophile. He has done nothing to improve anything in 47-48 years in politics.

I truly believe Biden is just the stepping stone for Kamala Harris to take over the White House. Nancy Pelosi is already trying to begin the process of gathering support for using the 25th amendment to remove an unfit president. I don't believe that has a thing to do with Trump having Covid. I think that's to remove Biden if elected for dementia and for Harris to take over.

This is my opinion so don't bother to bash it, I haven't bashed yours.

The clown in the White House just brokered two Middle East Peace Accords, something that 71 years of political intervention and endless war failed to produce.  Was it in the news?

The buffoon in the White House is the first president that has not engaged us in a foreign war since Eisenhower.  Not one war.

In fact, we are actually pulling our military and civilian support services out of Afghanistan and other bases in the Middle East.  Oh?  You haven't seen that in the news?

This buffoon has 'only' built or replaced 400+ miles of barrier fencing on our Southern border?  That's 400+ miles that wasn't built or repaired before he took office.

The clown in the White House has had the greatest impact on the economy, bringing jobs, and lowering unemployment to the Black and Latino and female population of ANY other president. Ever.

The buffoon in the White House has exposed the deep, widespread, and long-standing corruption in the FBI, the CIA, the NSA, and the Republican and Democratic parties.  And ALL of these have faced corruption within. Here are some examples that did make it into the corrupt news:   Many state and even the FBI's own forensic laboratories have falsified the results in criminal cases,  throwing tens of thousands of criminal cases into jeopardy - in Maryland alone, 21,907 drug cases were reversed in 2018 because of fraudulent results.

Oh? And the criminal prosecution of blacks in our society is President Trump's fault?  And what exactly did President Obama and Kamala Harris do for the blacks in our society who face such enduring and unrelenting discrimination?   Look up former V.P. Biden's crime bill.  Look up President Trump's bill.

The buffoon in the White House turned NATO around and had them start paying their dues.  And some of the youthful representatives of our allies laughed.  But these countries are paying more of their fair share now.

The clown in the White House has, at least temporarily slowed or even neutralized the North Koreans, stopped them from blowing up further nuclear bombs, from sending missiles toward Japan, and threatening the West Coast of the US.  North Korea was our biggest threat,  said former President Obama.  At the very least President has personally spoken with North Korea's leader, something no other president had done for many years.  At least there is some dialogue open between these two demogogues now.

The clown in the White House turned our relationship with the Chinese around, brought hundreds of business back to the US, and revived the economy.  Golly, we are even making our own ventilators and masks now? And we are starting to bring back our own drug companies now so that we are not dependent on China for our medications?  Hello!!!!!!!

The clown in the White House has accomplished the appointing of three Supreme Court Justices and close to 300 Federal Judges.  An impressive number.

This same clown in the White House lowered your taxes, increased the standard deduction on your IRS return from $12,500 for Married Filing Joint to $24,400  and caused your stock market to move to record levels over 100 times, positively impacting the retirements of tens of millions of citizens.  That is money into my pocket and yours which directly adds to the economy in these trying times. We already have stimulus money because of these lower taxes.

And COVID?  You think he hasn't done anything?   You think he should shut down our economy,  lock us in our homes,  and force us to wear masks?

This idiot doesn't have that power, thank God.  We live in a free country.  And yes, we sometimes face serious risks because of that very freedom.

This buffoon has partnered with our own companies to make the masks and ventilators we need in our own country.

The clown in the White House fast-tracked the development of a COVID Vaccine - it will be available within weeks - last I heard from the drug companies was that at least 40 million doses would be ready by late November or by the end of December so that is in 6 to 10 weeks, right? And we still don't have a vaccine for SARS, Bird Flu, Ebola, the common cold corona virus, or a host of diseases that arose during previous administrations.

The clown in the White House rebuilt our military which the Obama administration had crippled and had fired 214 key generals and admirals in his first year of office.  Yes,  some of his generals really don't like this buffoon.

This 'orange' man in the White House uncovered widespread pedophilia in the government and in Hollywood, and is exposing world wide sex trafficking of minors and bringing children home to their families.  The media and much of Hollywood don't like him either.

The big-ego-narcissist in the White House works for free and has lost well over 2 billion dollars of his own money in serving - and done all of this and much more in the face of relentless undermining and opposition from people who are threatened because they know they are going to be exposed as the criminals that they are if he is re-elected.  Daily and unrelenting criticism.   His ability to maintain his own self worth in this constant onslaught of criticism has certainly taught me something about how to keep doing whatever I think is right even when facing criticism.

Okay, so he's trying to protect his own personal income tax records - and as a result, by the way, thereby also trying to protect the personal income tax records of all citizens.  So what if he paid few personal income taxes - he probably only used the legal tax breaks that Joe Biden himself wrote or supported during his 47 years in office. Tax breaks that you and I probably used, too, just on a smaller scale.  And shouldn't our personal income tax records be just that?  Personal?  So what does it matter that the audits are frozen while he is in office?   He will still face them when he is leaves that office.  They are not going to go away.

I got it, you don't like him. Many of you utterly hate and despise him. How special of you. He is serving you and ALL the American people. What are you doing besides calling him names and laughing about him catching the China virus ?????  Have you given ANY support or encouragement to YOUR current President?   Oh, I forgot, he's not YOUR President because you didn't vote for him.  Yes, I guess you must live in some other country than the UNITED States of America.  Forgive the sarcasm, just frustrated with the unrelenting attacks.

And please educate me again as to what Biden has accomplished for America in his 47 years in office?  47 YEARS.

I'll take a 'clown' any day versus a fork-tongued, smooth-talking hypocritical and corrupt liar. Please let it be known, I am not sure I would want to have a beer with him (if he drank, which he doesn't) or even be his friend. I don't care if I even like him. I want a strong leader who isn't afraid to kick some ass when needed. I don't need a fatherly figure - I already have one. I don't need a liar - that's what Hollywood and CNN, MSNBC, ABC, NBC, CBS and the New York Times are for.

I don't need someone to help me, and I also don't want an obstacle or a demented, senile washed-up Swamp Monster.

God bless Donald Trump - the most unappreciated President in history.

Oh, and by the way,  almost all of the police unions in this country have endorsed President Trump.

And any police union that did endorse former Vice President Biden and California Harris must have utterly cringed when former V.P. Biden said police should shoot criminals in the leg,  instead of shooting to immediately stop further violence.

THAT was a classic Obama example demonstrating a complete misunderstanding of the police capacity and role in our society, setting up untenable expectations of our police.  I used to be an expert marksman myself and I would not have been able to do that.  Not under the best of circumstances and not without further endangering the lives of innocent civilians.

As for police response to our mentally ill, we don't ask carpenters to be brain surgeons, so why do we ask police officers to be mental health experts?    Go ahead, let's see what happens when we send a social worker or a psychologist to a marital knife fight or to help someone high on drugs.  Wonder how long that will last.

And by the way, have you ever spent a week or even a day doing a police 'ride-a-long?'  Before prolonging any further misunderstanding of the police role in our society,  go on a ride-a-long.  You might be surprised to find out that police really have very little to do with the current state of affairs in our beautiful country.

And if you haven't voted yet, or don't plan to vote in each and every election in our country,   don't bother to comment.  Because your vote won't count.

Fwd: [Case Study] How We Built A Multi Million Dollar Personal Development Business From Scratch

To: steve <stevescott@techacq.com>

steve, the secret to creating a high impact, high income personal development/healing or self help business is not what I thought...

For years I had been trying to see a breakthrough in my business, I had done the best courses, spent money on coaches, built a team,

and done "ok" but I had not created the impact or income I really desired…

And then a year ago I figured it out….

Our business recently crossed the $5M mark for the year, we have impacted nearly 5 million people and over 10,000 clients...

(here is a screen shot from our stripe accounts of 2 countries we are operating in…. so all you sceptics can rest assured what I am about to tell you… works!)

The secret is...

A "high impacting, non local, group transformation"...

This is the key to creating a multi million dollar personal development business...

"high impacting, non local, group transformations"???

Haha, I know!

It is a total "mouthful", and it is also true!

This is because transformation business's are different…

Any business that creates a personal transformation for another person has very different rules than a traditional business

I have created a full case study to explain everything in full  - you can receive it HERE

There are a few big differences you must understand

1 - You are not just selling a product

To have someone purchase coaching/healing or transformation from you, you are not just selling them on a product,

you also need to convince them that THEY WANT TO TRANSFORM…

This is where traditional selling doesn't work, because for most people transformation is scary.

2 - It is hard to explain

Many modalities are difficult to explain, in my work, use the superconscious field to create huge shifts in people in minutes,

the results are profound, however trying to explain how it works sometimes is like trying to teach a caveman to use an iphone

3 - It is personal

Transformation is very personal and people have many options, they are not lining up to spend thousands with you, you must earn their trust.

4 - The market is noisy

There are many "coaches" who started yesterday and are sprouting off some word for word script they got from Tony Robbins or Russel Brunson

without any true results or mastery on the subject. This has caused huge distrust in the market and some really burnt customers who are worried

you are also full of it.

5 - You only have so much time

40 hours a week never seems enough if you have to give out free sessions or do 1/1 strategy calls, you will never scale…

Because of all these unique challenges, 85% of people in transformation business's do not earn more than $30,000 a year… which is crazy!

The one thing you must have is a marketing system that pulls people in, creates trust, creates results in advance, cuts through the noise and works on minimal time

You must have a "high impacting, non local, group transformation"

This is exactly what we will install in your business when you become a magnetic mind coach!
(I explain it fully in this case study)

Here is how we did it.

I created a weekly group transformation experience that created a huge result and I allowed people to join for a very small fee ($99),

we also gave them an introductory online course to explain how the process works.

This sample experience has built a million dollar world changing business,

because after the experience I ask people to join me to have weekly sessions in my coaching program

Many people sign up because

- They create a connection with me

- They decide they want transformation

- They understand my process

- I have their attention

And.. WE CREATED THEM A RESULT UP FRONT!!!

Many people don't need any more sessions, they handle their biggest blocks on the call...

And many want more, they sign up for coaching on the spot!

The biggest session I had this year was 585 people!!!

IT WAS WILD!!!

It is simple - people who are thinking about working with us want a sample, and I want to give it to them without using much time…

however if the only way you can deliver results is in person or 1/1.. You will be very limited...

If  you desire to build a multimillion dollar transformation business you need  "high impacting, non local, group transformation"

A "non local" = worldwide

"High Impacting" = makes a difference

"Group" = more than one person

"Transformation" = they leave different

I would love to coach you and show you how - in our Magnetic Mind Certification we give it all to you

and I have a full case study and training that explains it in detail… you can access it for free today.

Fwd: Non-Business Books for Business Leaders, Vol. 2

Subject: Non-Business Books for Business Leaders, Vol. 2
To: Steve <stevescott@techacq.com>

Hi Steve—

A little over a year ago I shared one of my most commented and recirculated articles entitled "Non-Business Books for Business Leaders."

You see, I've noticed that most self-aware business leaders, who also happen to be among the best of business leaders I know, have a few things in common.

First, they have a high degree of self-awareness. They understand their own internal driving motivations, values and purpose, and they have a keen awareness on how they move through the world and effect those around them as they do.

Second, among the most successful business leaders I know are well-rounded wholehearted people who have interests, curiosities and activities that they immerse themselves into when not at work. These curiosities range from mountain climbing in places like Patagonia and Nepal, motorcycle riding and racing, long-distance sailing, triathlons, surfing, fine woodworkers, fine artists, musicians, poets, and fiction writers. (In case you didn't know, I'm a fine art painter) These folks are living wholeheartedly and their fascinations outside of work feed their work in immeasurable ways.

Third,
many of the more exceptional leaders and innovators are very well read in fields of study outside their focus at work. The range of books they read often don't fall into the realm of business books alone. It seems that a thirst for a curious life, makes for more wholehearted and well-rounded leaders.

Several of the books I've read and noted below have been recommended by leaders I've had the honor to work alongside. So, with the above in mind, I offer a handful (13 in all) of semi-recent books that I've found helpful to my life and my work.

Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art, by James Nestor

Drawing on thousands of years of medical texts and recent studies in pulmonology, psychology, biochemistry, and human physiology, Breath turns the conventional wisdom of what we thought we knew about our most basic biological function on its head.

The promise of the book is that "you will never breathe the same again," and it delivers. For me, this was one of the most potent books I've read during the pandemic and it helped in ways that manage my stress, sleep and meditation.

The Untethered Soul: The Journey Beyond Yourself, by Michael A. Singer

In addition to being a widely respected spiritual teacher Michael Singer is also the creator of a software package that transformed the medical practice management industry which sold to WebMD. By tapping into traditions of meditation and mindfulness, Michael Singer shows how the development of consciousness can enable us all to dwell in the present moment and let go of painful thoughts and memories that keep us from achieving happiness and self-realization.

This book offers a frank and friendly discussion of consciousness and how we can develop it through practical application and exercise. I've read and re-read this book multiple times and keep coming back to learn and apply more.

Stillness Is the Key, by Ryan Holiday

I will read and have read nearly everything that Ryan Holiday publishes. This includes his multiple books on the Stoic ways of being, his blog and his works on marketing. Among them are his books including The Obstacle Is the Way and Ego Is the Enemy, and Stillness Is the Key, where Holiday draws on not just Stoic but also Buddhist philosophy to show why slowing down and pausing for stillness as a regular routine is a secret weapon for those charging ahead.

More than ever, people are overwhelmed and during the pandemic, many of us have more of an opportunity to pause, reflect and contemplate in stillness. Stillness Is the Key offers a simple but potent antidote to ever-vying for our attention news cycles and social media addiction. If you seek a more peaceful everyday life, then stillness holds the key.

The Book of Delights: Essays, by Ross Gay

I first learned about Ross Gay on one of my favorite podcasts On Being with Krista Tippet. Ross is a poet and essayist who offers up a soul-filled and spirited collection of short lyric essays, written daily over a tumultuous year. The Book of Delights reminds us of the purpose and pleasure of praising and celebrating life's ordinary wonders.

The Book of Delights is a meditation on delight (joy, pleasure, beauty) that takes a clear-eyed view of the complexities, in his life, including living in America as a Black man. Ross Gay serves it all up with a direct honesty and artist view.

How to Change Your Mind: What the New Science of Psychedelics Teaches Us About Consciousness, Dying, Addiction, Depression, and Transcendence, by Michael Pollan

Michael Pollan is another author that I'll read nearly everything he writes. From The Omnivore's Dilemma, A Natural History of Four Meals to The Botany of Desire, A Plant's-Eye View of the World to In Defense of Food, and How To Change Your Mind, Michael writes about the intersection of nature and culture—on our plates, in our farms and gardens, and in our minds.

A unique and elegant blend of science, memoir, travel writing, history, and medicine, How to Change Your Mind is a brave investigation into the medical and scientific revolution taking place around psychedelic drugs, and an insightful story of his own life-changing psychedelic experiences.

The real subject of Pollan's "mental travelogue" is not just psychedelic drugs but also the eternal puzzle of human consciousness and how, in a world that offers us both suffering and joy, we can do our best to be fully present and find meaning in our lives.

Enlightenment Now: The Case for Reason, Science, Humanism, and Progress, by Steven Pinker

Think again if you believe the world is going to hell in a hand-basket. As best-selling author Steven Pinker demonstrates in Enlightenment Now, people are living longer, healthier, freer, and happier lives, and while our problems are formidable, the solutions lie in the Enlightenment ideal of using reason and science.

Far from being a naïve hope, the Enlightenment, we now know, is working. But more than ever, it needs a vigorous defense. Pinker's data of some progress for humans is, taken as a whole, is hard to argue with. The picture painted is of great progress in the past couple centuries, and it is almost perverse to disagree with this. As evidence by the strife-filled states of much of Western culture, we certainly still have a long way to go, but Pinker's point that we should appreciate what we've already accomplished is clear reminder that all is not lost.

One Blade of Grass: Finding the Old Road of the Heart, a Zen Memoir, by Henry Shukman

This is the story of how a meditation practice gave Henry Shukman a toolkit for integrating a spiritual awakening into his life and how his depression and anxiety were gradually healed through this practice. One Blade of Grass recounts Shukman's journey from an academic to life as a wandering poet and writer, until he finally settled in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where he now runs Mountain Cloud Zen Center. If you can see past some of the self-deprecating tone early in the book, you'll find some real gems of insight within.

Transcend: The New Science of Self-Actualization, by Scott Barry Kaufman

When psychologist Scott Barry Kaufman first discovered Abraham Maslow's unfinished theory of transcendence, sprinkled throughout a cache of unpublished journals, lectures, and essays, he felt a deep resonance with his own work and life.

In this book I particularly appreciated how Kaufman builds on the work of Maslow and integrates ideas from recent research on creativity, attachment, love, purpose and the foundations of a wholehearted life.

Mastery: The Keys to Success and Long-Term Fulfillment, by George Leonard

In Mastery, George Leonard draws on Zen philosophy and his expertise in the martial art of Aikido and shows how the process of mastery can help us attain a higher level of excellence and a deeper sense of satisfaction and fulfillment in our daily lives. The book often references the principles of mastery through the lens of martial arts, but makes practical transitions to how to apply these principles to your everyday life.

The Mindful Millionaire: Overcome Scarcity, Experience True Prosperity, and Create the Life You Really Want, by Leisa Peterson

In full disclosure, I'm honored to be friends with the author and have recommended this book in the past. Using techniques she's researched and developed as a financial planner and spiritual coach, Leisa Peterson guides readers to dig deeper and discover the root of your financial thinking. Ultimately this book invites readers to change not just their relationship to money, but the way they live their life. It's filled with great tools and practices to reset your money story and relationship to money.

Leadership in Turbulent Times, by Doris Kearns Goodwin

The current political environment, for me, brings to question what leadership means now. In Leadership, Goodwin, a historian who I was introduced to through various Ken Burns documentaries, draws upon four of the presidents she has studied most closely. These leaders include Abraham Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt, Franklin D. Roosevelt, and Lyndon B. Johnson.

The book paints vivid and contrasting portraits of how these leaders first recognized leadership qualities within themselves and were recognized by others as leaders. As Goodwin's book unveils, there is no common pattern that describes the path to leadership or the style of leadership that is right for all. However, it is shown that each of these leaders were guided by a sense of moral purpose that allowed them to navigate some of the greatest challenges our country has seen.

The Big Leap, by Gay Hendricks

OK, I have to admit that this book is mostly a business book or at least it's a leadership book, but I found the principles within it applies to our lives, too.

I was first introduced to the work of Gay Hendricks by a coach I once worked with. In The Big Leap, author Gay Hendricks outlines what he calls the Upper Limit Problem—a negative emotional reaction that occurs when anything positive enters our lives. I've seen this occur in many successful people I know, and I've experienced it, too.

The Upper Limit Problem not only prevents happiness, but it actually stops us from achieving our goals. Gay believes, this "problem" is the ultimate life roadblock. In The Big Leap, Hendricks outlines a simple program for overcoming this barrier to happiness and fulfillment.

Hillbilly Elegy: A Memoir of a Family and Culture in Crisis, by J. D. Vance

There's a high likelihood that you've at least heard of this book as it's been on best seller lists since its release in 2016. Written by J.D. Vance, a former marine and Yale Law School graduate, it's an insightful (and at times, entertaining) account of growing up in a poor Rust Belt town that offers a broader, probing look at the struggles of America's white working class. For me, this book shed light on part of our culture in crisis and declining breed of white working-class America.

I hope these books, or at least some of them, add fuel to your world and insight to your life.
And, I'm curious what you're reading. Are there other books that you're read and loved? If so, drop me a line—I'm always looking for recommended readings.
